To be a member of a local chapter, one must be:

The Chief Executive Officer (regardless of actual title) of a for-profit company located within the designated region of the chapter. Said company must have at least 50 employees and annual revenues in excess of $20,000,000.

– OR –

The Senior Regional Executive of a company headquartered outside of the region with a branch or division located within the region which meets the above criteria.

– OR –

The Managing Partner or Managing Member of a professional services firm which meets the employee and revenue criteria above.

– OR –

The Senior (paid professional) Executive of a non-charitable, not-for-profit association whose primary purpose is serving or promoting the interest of business on a local, state, national or international level.

In addition to the qualifications outlined above, all members must have P&L responsibility.

All membership must be approved by the board of directors.
